What day of the week will my chef arrive to cook?


We will do our best to accommodate any day of the week you prefer. Most clients prefer thier chef arrive on either a Monday or Tuesday- Subject to availability. We will work with you to have your chef arrive on your preferred day of the week.




How many days in the week will my chef come to cook?


Your chef will cook for you once weekly, on the same day every week. If you want your chef to come twice weekly, let us know and we will provide you with a quote.




What type of meals will be on my menus?


We build custom menus just for you based on your likes, dislikes and your dietary restrictions/preferences. For example, your menu could have soups, salads and proteins/vegetarian main choices. Additionally, you will have options for side dishes to choose from. We change menus every season.




How long will the food last?


The meals will last up to 4-5 days in your refrigerator. We can freeze any of your meals upon request to preserve their freshness.




How do I reheat the food?


We will provide all the reheating instructions on your weekly menu that we place on your fridge.




How will you store the food?


We will use your plastic or glass containers if you have any or we will recommend what to buy for storing the food going forward.




Do I have to be home when my chef arrives & cooks?


Not at all, you can arrange for your doorman to allow access to your apartment or arrange for your chef to have someone else let them in or you can provide a key to your home.




What if I need to cancel the chef service?


No problem, you can cancel or reschedule at anytime with at least a 48-hour notice.




I am concerned about Covid-19, do you have safety protocols in place?
